We learned so much from Deborah, that was both inspiring and practical.  The first thing is safety — that must be established.  So she had us draw a safe place.  This is my drawing.  It is me tucked in bed while my parents are in the next room playing cards and laughing and being soooo happy!  My Aunt Ruth and Uncle Ixl.  We were all on vacation at Port Ludlow in Washington State and I was totally blissed out.  I love that memory but I felt sad that it was so long ago and all those people are gone, except my mom who doesn’t remember that.  But then I realized, that time is in me and so are all those people and I can always have that feeling forever.
