Yoga class — this was for intermediate/advanced students.  We were happy to welcome non-Jewel heart yogis to the class as well as sangha members.  I was delighted to see Steve, from the JH sangha in Lincoln, Nebraska.  He took the Yoga Body Buddha Mind weekend with Dave and me at the Shambhala Mountain Center two summers ago which was followed by a weeklong workshop I taught called Getting Unstuck.  That particular week was one of my favorites ever.  Steve is not the only person from that week who has showed up again in one of my workshops.  You can see blog pictures of Kathy Holt and Rachel Waxman, in other workshops and they were both there — and others.  Including Theo from OM.  How cool to share yoga with him at JH Home Central.
